As a Veteran-Owned and Operated company, our foundation is built on integrity, accountability, and an unwavering commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
Our leadership brings over 22 years of distinguished military service, including 15 years in the United States Marine Corps and 7½ years in the United States Army, serving as a Logistics Officer. That experience shaped the high standards we now bring to every cleaning project.
Mark A Taylor - Owner
Raven is a highly skilled Staff Supervisor at SmoothShine Cleaning, where she oversees operations with a focus on quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and an Associate of Applied Science in Emergency Medical Services. In addition, she serves as a Medical Staff Associate (MSA) at CSL Plasma and OSHA training, further demonstrating her commitment to service, safety, and excellence in both healthcare and operational environments.
Raven Taylor - Staff Supervisor
Sharonda serves as a Manager with a strong foundation in both psychology and healthcare support. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and experience as a Pharmacy Technician, she brings exceptional attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of people to her leadership role. Sharonda is committed to maintaining high standards, fostering teamwork, and ensuring every task is completed with precision and care.
